REGISTRATION  

Services included in the registration fee:
* Registration fees exclude 20% VAT.
* Registration for Master´s and Doctor´s students will require an official letter from the department heads and will only be valid for online oral presentations.
* Tea, coffee breaks, and lunches during the congress
* All social programs
* Participation in all scientific sessions and activities
* Access to scientific and commercial areas
* Congress documents; program and abstracts book, badge, certificate of participation
* Daily congress registration will not be available.

*The registration fee must be deposited into the congress account, and the payment document and forms, if any, must be sent to the congress organization secretariat.

ACCOMMODATION

Services included in the accommodation fee:
* Accommodation prices exclude 10% VAT and 2% City Tax.
* Accommodation prices are for 2 nights packages with check-in on February 12, check-out on February 14.
* To benefit from the discounted registration and accommodation fees, registration and accommodation fees must be deposited into the congress account during the Early Bird Registration Period, and the forms and proof of payment must be sent to the congress organizing secretariat.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

* Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
* For cancellations received by November 21, 2025, a 50% refund will be issued.
* No refunds will be made after November 22, 2025.
* Name changes can be made until February 9, 2026.
* All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the congress.
