ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts presented at the congress must contribute to scientific development and convey a conclusive message. Since online abstracts will be printed as is, attention must be paid to typographical errors. Authors are responsible for all typographical errors.

Online submission through the congress website is the only valid submission method. Abstracts sent via email or postal mail, regardless of the system, will not be accepted.

Writing Rules

  • Abstracts will be collected through the online system.
  • Author names must not include academic titles.
  • Names must be written in lowercase letters, with only the first letter capitalized.
  • The authors´ institutions and departments must be stated
  • Only the first letter of the abstract title must be capitalized. (Abbreviations are an exception.)
  • If an abbreviation is used in the abstract, the full name of the abbreviation must be included in parentheses.
  • The abstract should briefly state the purpose of the study and the methods used, summarize the findings with sufficient numerical detail, and explain the conclusion within the framework of the presented findings.
  • When uploading an abstract, the fields specified in the system must be written without a title.
  • The entire abstract must not exceed 300 words, excluding the title, author´s first and last names.
  • Abstracts will be collected in Poster or Oral Presentation. The most appropriate topic category for your abstract must be selected in the relevant step.
  • Abstracts must be in text format and ONLY one table and one illustration may be included.
  • Abstracts that do not meet any of these criteria will be disqualified, regardless of their content.

Abstract Evaluation
The evaluation will be conducted online by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, with researchers´ names, surnames, and institutions kept confidential. The evaluation results will be sent to all presenters in a final letter.

PRESENTATIONS

Poster
Accepted poster presentations will be included in the Poster Presentations section of the proceedings book published after the congress. For poster presentations to be submitted and included in the congress book, one of the authors must have completed their congress registration.

Oral
Papers accepted as oral presentations can be prepared using any electronic presentation program. The time allotted for each presentation will be stated in the acceptance letter. For oral presentations to be submitted, the presenting author must have completed their congress registration. Papers not presented at the congress will not be published in the abstract book.

 

Full Papers
Congress full paper book will be published by Phoenix Medical Journal on March 2026, Volume:8 Issue:1 .
